We regret the cancellation of the candidate forums for the School Board and the Board of Commissioners. For over 20 years, the LWV of Radnor Township has sponsored forums in which candidates for public office from all parties have had the opportunity to speak directly to the public. The League is a nonpartisan good government organization which has been advocating for free elections for the past 100 years. The League does not support or oppose any political party, candidate for elective office, office holder, or any group that supports candidates. The League is dedicated to ensuring that all eligible voters have the opportunity and the information to exercise their right to vote. We encourage the informed and active participation of citizens in government, and work to increase understanding of public policy issues. To this end, the League sponsors candidate forums, so that the public may hear from all of the candidates and learn their perspectives on matters which concern all of us.
