The Pennsylvania 2019 Municipal Primary Election was held on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 and the Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, November 5th. 

Voting polls on both dates were open from 7:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.

May 14th Last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot before the primary
May 17th Last day for the County Board of Elections to receive voted civilian absentee ballots
May 21st MUNICIPAL PRIMARY
May 28th Last day for County Board of Elections to receive voted military and overseas absentee ballots
Oct 7th Last day to REGISTER before the November election
Oct 29th Last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot for the November Election
Nov 1st Last day for County Boards of Elections to receive voted civilian absentee ballots for the November Election
Nov 5th MUNICIPAL ELECTION
Nov 12th Last day for County board of Elections to receive voted military and overseas absentee ballots.
