The Roots of Memorial Day

Did you know the roots of Memorial Day stemmed from women who decorated the graves of the their loved ones who had died in the Civil War?

In lieu of the parade, LWV members will be planting red geraniums to decorate war memorials in Radnor as well as the graves of veterans at the Radnor United Methodist church in Rosemont.

RSVP by Friday, May 15th to pick up your geraniums.
