Here's a quick rundown of the responsibilities of the offices that will appear on your ballot in 2022:

Represent all of Pennsylvania in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C.
Together with the U.S. House of Representatives, form the U.S. Congress, which is the Legislative Branch of the U.S. Federal Government.
Propose, author, and vote on all federal legislation that touches upon all aspects of U.S. domestic and foreign policy.
Provide checks and balances on the Judicial and Executive Branches of the federal government.
Votes on all Judicial appointments, including Supreme Court Nominees.
Incumbent: Senator Pat Toomey. Since Senator Toomey is retiring, this is widely expected to be one of the most competitive races of the 2022 election cycle.

Represent all of Pennsylvania District 5 in the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
District 5 includes all of Radnor Township and the rest of Delaware County, along with western Montgomery County, parts of South and West Philadelphia, as well as a small part of Chester County.
Votes on all federal legislation.
All revenue-raising bills must originate in the House rather than the Senate.
Incumbent: Mary Gay Scanlon

Serves as Governor in the event that the Governor dies, resigns, or is otherwise unable to serve
Incumbent: Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman. Lt. Governor Fetterman is retiring to run for the U.S. Senate

Pennsylvania State Congress

Includes all of Radnor Township, along with Lower Merion, Haverford, King of Prussia, and Norristown
Each Pennsylvania State Senator represents about 260,000 people
Along with the Pennsylvania State House, votes on all state laws
- Power over when, where, and how Pennsylvanians vote, including redistricting, mail in rules, voter ID, and poll open & close times
- Oversight of state-owned liquor stores, including hours and locations
- Oversight over repairs to all state roads, including Rt. 30 and Rt. 320
- Sets state education standards
Incumbent: Amanda Cappelletti

This will be the first time in decades that all of Radnor Township is in the same state house district (on the 2022 ballots, and effective as reprentatives January 2023). The new District 168 also includes Newtown Square, Edgmont, and Middletown Township.
