Statewide Offices

Pennsylvania Governor (1 position, 4-year term)

  • Chief executive of the state
  • Commander-in-Chief of Pennsylvania National Guard
  • Can approve or veto legislation from the State Assembly
  • Can grant pardons
  • Incumbent: Josh Shapiro

Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor (1 position, 4-year term)

  • Serves as President of the State Senate
  • Chairs the Board of Pardons
  • Serves as Governor in the event that the Governor dies, resigns, or is otherwise unable to serve
  • Incumbent: Austin Davis

District Offices

United States House Representative (1 position, 2 year term), PA Congressional District 5 (1 position, 2-year term)

  • Qualifications: A representative must be at least 25 years old, a U.S. citizen for at least seven years and an inhabitant of our state at the time of election.
  • Represent all of Pennsylvania District 5 in the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
  • District 5 includes all of Radnor Township and the rest of Delaware County, along with western Montgomery County, parts of South and West Philadelphia, as well as a small part of Chester County.
  • Votes on all federal legislation.
  • All revenue-raising bills must originate in the House rather than the Senate.
  • Incumbent: Mary Gay Scanlon

Pennsylvania State House Representative (Representative in the General Assembly), PA State House District 168 (1 position, 2-year term)

  • Qualifications: 
  • Represent all of PA State House District 168 in the PA House of Representatives in Harrisburg, PA
  • District 168 includes all of Radnor Township, Newtown Square, Edgmont, and Middletown Township.

Delaware County Offices

At this time, there are no Delaware County offices up for election this year.

Radnor Township Offices

Member of the Republican State Committee (2 positions, 1 male, 1 female, 4 year term)

Member of the Democratic State Committee (13 positions, 6 male, 6 female, 1 other member, 4 year term)

Member of the Radnor Township Democratic Committee (2 positions per precinct, 1 male, 1 female, 4 year term)
